Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing & Rolling out the Sales Plans.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organize the customer pickups and monitor vehicle placements.
  • Prepare MIS on daily basis and follow up for each and every shipment till it has been delivered.
  • Co-ordination with Contract team for Rate contract updations in e-cargo.
  • Taking Spot approvals from customer for Non-contractual bookings.
  • Sending Daily Track sheet to customers.
  • Monitor the Pending Deliveries and follow ups with Customers on this.
  • Monitor and highlight cases of wrong routings by transshipment. Arranging diversion to correct destination in minimum time.
  • Escalate matters to required level in case of any delay or urgency or any incident related to consignments. Daily follow up till closure of same.
  • Pending CR follow up with the Branches.
  • Service Level preparation and sharing it internally & externally.
  • Co-coordinating with Operations team for RCA & CAPA for incidents and share the same with the customer.
  • Visiting sites and giving training to On site team. Also monitoring whether SOP are being followed properly or not.
  • Co-ordination with Contract team for creating new ledgers In E-cargo. We need to fill Client Master Template at our end to open New Ledgers.
  • Co-ordination with Claim Team to initiate claims and Issuance of COFs.
  • Support to Billing team for approvals and any GC related query.
  • Submitting quotes to customers as per their requests.
  • Giving Proactive Alerts to Customers for probable delays due to uncontrollable factors.
